The client had recently had a new bed created from sleepers, new lawn and a new fence in the back garden. The client was keen to have a border with lots of flowers that would look great over a long period but didn't need too much maintenance.
The plants from the design were planted in the spring and the 'After' photo below was taken in July of the same year. You can see how the border has been transformed in 6 months - having kept up with a fair bit of watering along the way using a soaker hose.
